At the Palette Art League’s 2nd Annual Art Expo held July 17 – 23, Joyce Hartmann of Choctaw took first place in mixed media for her underwater scene “On the Edge”.
Ellen Kelly of Fairfield Bay took two awards in oils: 3rd place for “Farm Memories”, and honorable mention for “Reflections on the Lake.”
Mark Davis received an honorable mention for his quick draw (timed 3-hours) oil painting of the old railroad bridge at the June Trout Festival in Cotter.
