At the February 17 meeting Betsy Slaughter reported that the 2011 calendar project is in progress and that all pictures of your quilts should be turned in, as soon as possible. Kay Otis and Pam Davis reported on the April pot holder challenge. Debbie Morton’s Mystery Quilt blocks for March should be 1 – 12 1/2″ and 1 – 8 1/2″ block. Sue Knaack gave instuctions for the Big Auction in March. All items should be packaged and labeled with contents, name and minimum bid amount. 80% of proceeds will be retained by person submitting auction item and 20% will go to quilt group silent auction. All items need to be checked in with Sue by 9:30 on March 17. Jan Savu reported that the Mt. Eagle Retreat will be April 26, 27 & 28. Cost is $45 per person. Sue Knaack handed out directions for the CASA charity quilt due in April.

Piecemakers’ next meeting is on March 17, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Petit Jean Electric. Anyone interested in quilting (beginners and experienced) are invited to attend.
